Teuk Saat 1001 is a NGO, established in 2007. Our main mission is to develop water kiosks in the rural communities to improve the access of safe drinking water in a sustainable manner. 

Teuk Saat 1001 has been dedicated for more than 15 years in providing safe drinking water.

The role of Teuk Saat 1001, besides developing station, is to support the entrepreneurs by providing a range of services such as technical support, monthly water quality monitoring and personalized coaching.  

Today, through a network of 900 entrepreneurs, operating 342 kiosks in Cambodia, in 18 provinces, O-We (brand of Teuk Saat 1001) is serving, on the daily basis, we serve more than 1 million beneficiaries, including 376,000 schoolchildren,

who receive safe water for free in 1000 primary schools across 18 provinces

Teuk Saat 1001  as the local partner of the French non-profit 1001fontaines. 1001fontaines is also active in Madagascar, Vietnam and Myanmar.

Directly report to : Regional Operation Manager

Working Day : Monday-Friday (8:00AM-500PM)

Type of Contract : A long-term contract will be offered depending on performance with 3-month probation period.

Benefit : Seniority indemnity, NSFF, Personal Accident Insurance, health care and Other Employee Benefit under the Law of the Royal Government of Cambodia are fully provided, including bonus, 13th Salary according to the performance, per diem and accommodation

Duties
  • Mission 1: STATION MANAGEMENT
  • To ensure the Good Practices & guidelines are applied in all the sites
  • To participate and animate monthly on-site coaching to strengthen entrepreneur capacity, according to guidelines
  • To organize and implement monthly entrepreneur training according to the plan
  • To analyses the business KPIs and advice the entrepreneur to ensure a better performance of the kiosk
  • To advice entrepreneur on develop his/her sales
  • To ensure marketing guidelines are implemented properly by the entrepreneur
  • To develop and ensure smooth communication between local authorities, community, school and entrepreneur
  • To ensure the standards of water treatment, hygiene and sanitation are respected
  • Mission 2: DATA COLLECTION
  • To collect and entry the data of the stations into dedicated software
  • To provide materials for site production (filters, reagent, plastic seal film, jugs…) & marketing materials (logos, leaflet, banners…)
Requirements
  • At least Associate of Business Management,Entrepreneurship Management,and/or Education/Training(prefered Bachelor degree)
  • At least 28 years old
  • At least 3-year experience of Micro-entrepreneurship Management, Community management, Training or facilitation and working with rural local population
  • Good knowledge of Community-driven project, Project implementation with varied stakeholders and Experience of working in remote locations
  • Knowledge of Social micro business,Social marketing/franchiseing and Micro-enterprise management
  • Excellence skill of good facilitation and liaison ,public speaking and problem solving
  • Good skill of coaching and reporting
  • Being creative, organised and result-oriented, initiative, highly self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Professional skills of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Cloud-based platform or Application
  • Fluency in Khmer and professionalism in English(is a plus)
  • Mostly travel to province (80% of the time)
