Karol and Setha is a training program of Enfants du Mekong organization specialized in building harmonious relationships in Cambodia since 2004. Karol & Setha provides training to adolescents, youth, couples, and NGO staff on positive gender relationships.

Reports to: Program Manager

Working hours: 40hs /week

Location: Toul Kork, Phnom Penh.

First year learning in Phnom Penh

You do not need to be an experienced trainer to apply. The main selection criteria for this position are your motivation and your involvement in building harmonious relationships. The selected persons will benefit from a one-year paid internal training to develop their training facilitation skills.

Duties
  • Prepare, facilitate, and evaluate a workshop
  • Participate in curriculum development/update
  • Provide counseling to participants who participated in the workshop if needed
  • Participate in building and maintaining a good team spirit
  • Participate in researching, Monitoring & Evaluation activities
Requirements
  • Cambodian Nationality
  • Completed at least a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science.
  • Married or planning to get married
  • Interested in improving relationships between men and women
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc...)
  • Ability to speak English or French is an advantage.

Note: If you were shortlisted, you will be requested to participate in a 2-day training course on the relationship between men and women. The workshop will be held on 8 and 9 January 2025 . It will begin from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The interview date is on the date 14 and 15 January 2025.
