Description:

 The Brand Manager is responsible for maintaining brand consistency across Easia Travel’s four segments—Easia Travel (leisure), Easia Active (adventure), Easia Exclusive (luxury), and Easia Incentive (MICE and corporate). This role emphasizes building strong relationships with the Sales Network and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to align marketing initiatives with market needs and sales objectives, fostering brand engagement and maximizing departmental synergies.

Duties
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure content and campaigns reflect each brand segment’s identity, tailoring strategies to align with Easia Travel’s global standards. Maintain brand integrity and consistency across channels, ensuring the brand’s voice resonates in each market.
  • Contribute to the development of Easia Travel’s overall marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
  • Market Collaboration with Sales Team: Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the Sales Team to ensure content resonates with market needs and supports business development goals.
  • Brand Strategy: Develop digital-first content strategies for each brand to engage audiences across all markets. Develop brand strategies for each segment, creating tailored content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Trade Show and Event: Help prepare for trade shows and coordinate Marketing Manager to ensure the timely delivery of key destination and brand-related collaterals to reinforce Easia Travel’s presence in key markets.
  • Develop a Cross-Functional Content Calendar: Work with Marketing Manager s and content editor and oversee the content calendar to ensure timely, relevant content delivery that aligns with each brand’s goals and market needs.
  • Collaborating with other departments: Foster close relationships with stakeholders across the company to align campaign goals, content needs, and project timelines. Establish regular communications to gather feedback, discuss needs, and make adjustments when necessary.
  • Easia Partners Program: Oversee program growth with the Easia Partners Team to better serve our partners and bring them innovative marketing solutions.
Requirements
  • Language: Fluent English, proficiency in a second language such as French, German, Italian or Spanish is an advantage
  • Skills:
  • Strong skills in brand management, content strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Skills related to content creation are essential. Familiarity with PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience in stakeholder relationship building.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in brand management or a communications role, preferably within the tourism or travel industry, with experience managing multiple brands.
  • Experience managing a team and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience in Southeast Asia tourism or a global marketing perspective is highly valued.

The Creative Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping Easia Travel’s creative vision, driving innovation in visual storytelling, and elevating brand engagement across all segments. This role combines leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring Easia Travel remains a leader in creative excellence within the travel industry.

Duties
  • Direct the development of content across all brands, ensuring that each output aligns with brand standards.
  • Supervise the Content Editor and Graphic Designer and coordinate with freelance creatives on special projects, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Align with the Brand Manager and Marketing Operations Manager to coordinate content development and distribution.
  • Maintain high production standards for all creative assets, upholding consistency across all platforms and reinforcing brand identity.
  • Oversee the development of high-value materials for each brand, including key visuals, campaign assets, and multimedia content.
  • Ensure uniform branding and quality across channels.
  • Lead and inspire a creative team to deliver high-quality content that aligns with Easia Travel’s brand positioning and enhances market differentiation.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager and Marketing Operations team to ideate and execute campaigns that resonate globally.
  • Lead special projects and introduce content solutions that enhance brand engagement.
Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), video editing, and visual storytelling is essential. Familiarity with web design tools such as Figma and Carrd is highly advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee complex projects and manage both internal and freelance resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in a creative management role, with experience in multimedia projects and team development.
  • Experience managing a team and coordinating with freelancers and agencies to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects
