Job Objective:
- Develop and implement local HR Strategies & Priorities, policies and procedures and align with YHS Group (Global/Regional) to support and drive business objectives and growth.
- Lead and drive HR functions: strategic planning, staffing, manpower budget and costing, organization design & development, performance management, talent management, total rewards, employee engagement & culture, reward and recognition, Labor compliance, internal and external relations.
- Develop and implement local HR Strategies & Priorities, policies and procedures and align with YHS Group (Global/Regional) to support and drive business objectives and growth.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain the right talents. Lead the Implementation succession planning for critical roles
- Develop and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and aligns with the company's values and objectives.
- Drive and manage change to the way we organize, manage, develop, and motivate our teams to support the Business's strategy and objective
- Support the Leadership Team to be an effective and high performing team and culture
- Design and lead learning and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities, performance, and job satisfaction.
- Develop a competitive total reward to attract, motivate, and retain the right talents
- Lead and ensure a good work environment that encourages open communication, one team, respect and safety. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Ensure that company comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee the design and implementation of HR systems and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, MBA is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in HR, with 3 years of senior managerial role, preferably within food and beverage or FMCG industry
- Strategic HR Experience and proven ability to develop and align HR strategy with business strategy.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Talent and Development, HR Business Partnering, HR Operation and Management, Total Reward, Employer Branding, Workplace Culture, Labour & Employee Relations, Digital HR and industrial relations.
- Strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR practices and Cambodia Labour Law.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Openness, Conscientiousness, and Agreeableness.
- Multi-tasking skills and a high level of HR practices and management
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong team leading and coaching skills
- Excellent in writing and speaking Khmer and English
- Proficiency of Microsoft office suite, and business application
