Community Development Staff
Salary: Start $250 and $270 after probation
The successful candidate will be required to comply with Exceed Worldwide’s policies:

- Fraud and Corruption policies.
- Join the team to conduct the community survey, survey, holding community meetings, making client referrals and arranging transport for clients to attend the Centres.
- Identifies and supports children with disabilities to mainstream schools, advocating with teachers and client’s families and where required assists schools to improve physical access for children.
- Is able to work with the community to develop Self Help Group.
- Work with other organizations for ongoing assistance.
- Always conducts disability rights programs and advocates for people with disabilities and their families.
- Refers person with disability to vocational training programs and undertakes follow-up training.
- Work with employers to assist people to find employment and other skills training opportunities and assist with special day.
- Cambodia National
- Baccalaureate required; tertiary study an advantage or has knowledge and experience about community-based rehabilitation.
- Has excellent communication skills
- Has a good understanding of disability rights issues
- Is self-motivated.
- Is able to work in a team and follow instructions and can work independently in the community
- Can demonstrate a concern for ensuring people with disabilities gain successful outcomes
- Willing to take on additional responsibilities and training as required.
- Education to Baccalaureate level
- Good standard of written and spoken Khmer
- Has some understanding of written and spoken English
- Has computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
- Can ride a motorbike.
