Duties
Digesting
and
coordinating customer requirements
to
the production team.
Following production process
from
sampling
to
shipment.
Maintaining
a
clear, concise
and
reliable production planning sheet,
in
order
to
follow each stage
of
production.
Preparing order sheets
for
materials (packaging materials, etc).
Working closely
with
China
and
Hong Kong merchandisers throughout
the
progress
of
the sampling
and
production.
Advising
and
assisting production
and
quality department.
Going through quality inspections together
with
in-house
or
third-party QA/QC teams.
Preparing shipping details such
as
stickers, packing lists,
and
others
as
necessary.
Creating
a
merchandisers summary
for
every completed order.
Requirements
3 years+
work
experience
in
garment factory merchandising.
Excellent proficiency
in
Chinese
Speak Mandarin
Excellent verbal
and
written communications skills
Excellent knowledge
of
various software including word processing, spreadsheets,
and
presentation software.
Outstanding organizational
and
time management skills
Hard
working
and
is
willing
to
learn
Experience in cotton knit is a must
Knowledge
with
children wear
Proficiency
in
English
is
a plus
