• Master an in-depth knowledge of the GrapeSEED curriculum and business model, including methods and materials used in the curriculum, and the implementation model for GrapeSEED.
• Sales:
• Research prospective schools and update our customer database.
• Research prospective schools and compile a list of potential customers in our current area of business.
• Create a plan for connecting and following up with schools.
• Maintain detailed records about what has been done to reach out to various schools.
• Contact prospective customers to schedule presentations and share about the GrapeSEED program.
• Make phone calls to prospective schools and introduce the curriculum.
• Make appointments to meet with school administrators to explain the program.
• Present the GrapeSEED program to prospective schools.
• Introduce proposals for marketing and expansion strategies to fit the local environment.
• Marketing:
• Collaborate with the GrapeSEED Vietnam Marketing team to produce localized resources in English and Khmer for Cambodia.
• Update the GrapeSEED Cambodia website and Facebook fan page with information for potential partner schools.
• Account management / School support:
• Coordinate with schools to create an implementation plan.
• Advise schools in a marketing strategy to introduce the curriculum to parents.
• Arrange to have teachers interviewed by GrapeSEED staff to advise schools on their level of English proficiency.
• Ensure that schools have online access to all materials needed to carry out the program.
• Ensure that teachers attend required training sessions.
• Promote a cordial relationship between GrapeSEED and schools.
• Present GrapeSEED as a representative of the company at Parent Presentations and other official events. Occasionally translate from English to Khmer for these events.
• Human Resources management:
• Post jobs vacancies for part-time teachers for Nexus Premium English (our language center model to provide teachers).
• Work with other GrapeSEED employees to interview and evaluate potential hires.
• Manage the process of hiring and onboarding for new teachers.
• Evaluate work performance and propose salary increases once per year.
• Ensure that employees with work performance issues are given timely and helpful feedback.
• If necessary, manage the process of reassigning or firing underperforming teachers.
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be required as GrapeSEED Cambodia develops.
