Consult customers about financial planning that is offered by AIA
Do calling to prospects on a regular basis
Fix appointments with customers either face-to-face or online via any kinds of platform, i.e, Zoom, Microsoft Team, or Google Meet.
Follow up on prospects and build good relationships with customers for making a deal closed
Participate regularly in sales and products meeting
Build good relationship with customers for business development
Other tasks assigned by Manager
Requirements
Graduate from university with any fields (year 3 or 4 students are still eligible to apply for internship)
Sales Experience is a plus (Insurance is an advantage)
Being committed, perseverant, persistent, result-oriented, flexible and is able to work under pressure
Basic English speaking and writing competence
Good socializing skills (Enjoy talking and meeting with new people. If you are not good at socialization, we are happy to equip you with all the skills and techniques to improve your socializing skills.)
