Duties
Builds the strategy and drives the execution of product launches and partnerships, including pricing, packaging, and positioning
Creates product positioning and messaging for online and digital marketing products, services, and solutions where applicable
Works collaboratively across departments to ensure the implementation of integrated strategies
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on monthly, quarterly and annually
Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case study, social media and online ads
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns.
Implementing management system in place.
Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Requirements
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends and social media).
Facebook set up paid ads Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Work With Teams and Assist other Departments in Briefing and Advising them Regarding Design Style, Format, and Timescales
Develop Concepts by Hand or with Software, and Execute Original Content by Determining the Ideal Usage of (Color, Text Style, Font Style, Imagery, Layout) and Design Imaginative
Review Final Layouts and Suggest Improvements If Required
Follow Guideline and Artwork Brief by Manager Assigned
Responsible for the Creation of the Graphic Elements Based on our Graphic Guidelines
Listen, Brief, Brainstorm Creative Concepts
Create Design Innovative
Design Creative Artworks (Graphic, Poster etc.) for social media, Websites and other Marketing Collaterals
Cooperate With the Design Team
Requirements
Knowledge of (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and other Graphic Design Software
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Related Field
Potential in Creating New Concept of Design
Exceptional Creativity and Innovative Design Skills
Experience in Professional Graphic Design, preferably with a Creative or Marketing Agency
Have Good Communication Skills, being Responsible, Reliable, Creative and Cooperative
Understanding of Marketing, Production, Website Design, Advertisements, and Multimedia Design
