Finance Executive (1 Position)
The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring timely and accurate bookkeeping, overseeing accounts receivable, and managing payments to suppliers. This role will be essential in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring all invoices—both customer and supplier—are handled promptly.
- Bookkeeping and Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliation of accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Accounts Receivable: Generate and send invoices to customers, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure prompt payment collection. Maintain accurate records of all customer payments.
- Accounts Payable: Process and verify supplier invoices, manage payment schedules, and ensure timely payments to suppliers to avoid any disruptions in operations.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow closely to ensure funds are available to meet operational requirements, report on cash flow trends, and identify potential issues.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, including monthly accounts, overdue receivables, and payable summaries, to management.
- Audit and Compliance: Support audits by providing requested documentation and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes within accounts receivable and payable functions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling customer and supplier interactions.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage deadlines.
