Handle full-set of accounts, Responsible for periodic closing and produce periodic financial/management reports of entities under his/her care;
Manage and coach staffs of his/her assigned team;
Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information;
Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted;
Producing reports related to budgets, cashflow/funding, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.;
Monitor and manage funding needs of entities under his/her care;
Reviewing, monitoring, and formulating budgets;
Work with the team to develop and/or improve internal control procedures that minimise financial risk;
To handle tax declaration/submission timely as required by GDT;
Possess basic legal knowledge in handling company’s accounts and/or affairs, including but not limited to contract law, companies law, taxation laws etc.
Team player, able to work with all levels of personnel within the organisation while maintain high level of integrity.
Requirements
Good communication skills – both written and verbal
Degree in commerce, accounting and/or finance;
Full or partial qualified Chartered Accountant ("CA"), Certified Practicing Accountant ("CPA") of internationally recognized accounting profession bodies/institution;
Good command in verbal and written English and Chinese, third or more languages added advantage
at least 5 years of relevant experience in handling/managing finance function
An analytical mind
A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
Ability to work under tight deadlines and stick to time constraints
Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
Commercial and business awareness
Ability to research and learn
