Marketing Communications Specialist Apply Now

Duties
  • Marketing communications, campaign planning and development tasks:
  • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Coordinate and optimize social media, email, and other marketing efforts.
  • Track and analyze the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with graphic designer to produce consistent content of marketing campaigns.
  • Take ownership of paid ad campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop materials and strategies that support sales objectives.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work with partners and influencers to create authentic collaborations to promote Khmer Organic brand.
  • Support Marketing Team in attending events.
  • Creative Tasks
  • Write and edit creative and engaging content for different social media platforms and website.
  • Draft promotional video ideas and story boards to reach marketing campaign goals.
  • Present ideas and campaigns, prepare presentations.
  • Support graphic designer to develop marketing material in line with brand’s strategy.
  • Work with third party suppliers and media partners to produce and print marketing material as needed.
  • Support Marketing team in event planning and preparation. Participate in events as needed.
  • Assist in house designers in photo and video taking, editing as needed.
  • Product Development task:
  • Product branding development.
  • Support Marketing Manager to Develop Product promotional campaigns.
  • Develop and execute, with product development team, product launching events and activities.
  • Company Website Management:
  • Content Updates: work closely with marketing team (manager, designer, market analyst) to update website content to keep it renewed, relevant, and engaging for visitors. This includes adding new blog posts, articles, product updates, or announcements.
  • Regularly revise the website content to make sure it represents the target market and has all the relevant information.
  • Design Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the website's design to ensure consistency, usability, and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.
  • SEO: work closely with market analyst to improve the website's visibility and ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs). This involves keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata management, and link building.
  • Social media integration: make sure social media sharing is available and content sharing happens across various company’s media platforms.
  • Feedback and strategy: feedback to Marketing Manager about new website improvements available, based on marketing trends, customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marking, or related field.
  • 3 years’ experience in Marketing, digital communication
  • Good knowledge of branding, Designing, Networking and General Supporting

Duties
  • Review and coordinate to propose staff productivities and keep closely to monitor the progress
  • Daily monitor staff attendant, working OT and general health and safety,
  • Provide new staff orientation and coordinate for internal and external training,
  • Perform as recruitment committee and coordinate whole of recruitment process
  • Perform as a part of food safety management system for staff competency and disciplinary actions
  • Perform as warehouse administrative for public relation, communication letters, and assets management,
  • Implement HR internal regulations, commitment, accountable, integrity, be flexible, responsibility for delivering outcomes, willingness to work as a team.
  • Prepare monthly report and other necessary reports to management

Duties
  • Prepare budget plan and monitor financial performance against budgets.
  • Perform as reconciliation of bank statements with accounts payable/receivable.
  • Record and track all transactions, including payments, receipts, and expenses.
  • Analyze financial report to identify costs, revenues, and financial status.
  • Create balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of financial report and conduct regular database backups.
  • Reporting on the company's financial report to management.
  • Properly document keeping (receipts, invoices, payments…)
  • Coordinate with relate section for any issues with AR and cash collection
  • Perform other tasks assign by management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field
  • 3 years’ experience in accounting or financial sections
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (Khmer and English)
  • Competency Microsoft Office programmers and accounting software
  • Strong ethic and commitment work as a team
  • Willingness to take new tasks/ responsibilities as required.
  • Be honest, reliable and work with integrity.
