Duties
Implementing standardized, Company side Logistics processes and procedure to improve Company profitability by reducing all costs in procuring and Logistics matters.
Arranging for Yearly Tax Exemption form Authorities
Customs clearances and coordination
Ability to support AOG, Critical and Routine RO
Ensuring the procurement process is in line with company policy in terms of financial control and efficiency
Providing advice to Head Office, Projects and country teams on logistical issues
Supporting projects with logistical challenges as required
Ensuring that all company asset are sweated to the maximum extent possible to provide the highest ROI possible.
Supporting new business proposals providing advice and costs as requirement
Managing transportation of requirement and approving relevant payments
Monthly and Yearly Report for expense
Other tasks as inquiry
Requirements

Certificate: Must have to complete ”Logistics & Stores Inspections Procedures “ and “Custom clearance license”

Education
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Work Experience
Three years of experience in procurement, administrative services or related area are required.
