The Cambodian NGO Khmer Community Development (KCD) implements since 2006 a Peace and Development project in the border zone of south Kandal, which is inhabited by Khmer and ethnic Vietnamese communities. It includes three main project components: Child Rights, Peace, and Community Development.
KCD is now looking for qualified Cambodian candidates to fill various positions as mentioned below.

The positions are based in Phnom Penh and Kandal province with frequent travels to the province.
Salary and benefit base on experiences: $450.00 to $ 500.00 plus bonus (KNY+Pchum), Seniority ,severance, NSSF and Accident Insurance
Duties
To implement the activity of Community Development project.
Attend with Executive Director and other project officers to prepare activity and budget plan.
Responsible in report writing (quarterly, semester, annual report) to CD Program Manager.
Build and keep good cooperation with NGO partners/networks, and relevant local authority.
Prepare monthly plan & report (quarterly & annual report) asrequired from line manager & donors.
Ensure project progress toward the project goal through filed monitoring, M&E tracking and implementing project activities.
Host visitor, donor for field monitoring and feedback.
Involve in project redesign, data collection, and evaluation.
Prepare monthly-quarterly, and annual budget.
Learning news from KCD model and tool.
Reflection on feedback from team for improvement.
Learn and respect idea, culture from all team members.
Non discriminate on sex, age, nationality, and religion.
To participate in organizational meetings including reflection meeting with team work.
To respect and apply organizational by-law, Internal rule, and other policies.
Travel to province regularly.
Requirements
Bachelor degree on agriculture or community development or relevants
Good English, proficiency in writing and speaking.
Good communication and facilitation skill with farmers/target group.
Willing to work hard, occasionally over time.
Skillful use of Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and E-mail.
