We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Assistant & IT Support Specialist. This dual-role position requires a dynamic professional who can effectively contribute to our digital marketing efforts while providing essential IT support to ensure smooth technological operations.

Duties

Digital Marketing:
Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
Create and manage content for the company’s website and social media channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance digital marketing efforts.
IT Support:
Provide technical support to staff, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT resources.
Perform regular maintenance checks and updates on IT systems.
Document technical procedures and provide user training as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools (e.g. social media platforms).
Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media trends.
