Job Introduction:
Responsible for the entire mobile development lifecycle, from design, development and support SIT&UAT. Daily operation supports and monitoring, troubleshooting to ensure Mobile Banking app is running smoothly 24/7.
Duties
- Design, develop high-quality, scalable, security and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designer to create intuitive user interfaces and deliver optimal user experiences.

Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile development for iOS and Android;
- Experience as a team leader of mobile development for IOS and Android is a plus;
- Strong programming skills in Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Objective-C;
- Experience developing with service APIs (REST, SOAP), and background in OOP programming;
- Able to use source code management tools (SVN, GIT...) fluently and CI/CD processes;
- Experience with native mobile development frameworks and tools (e.g., Android SDK, iOS SDK, Flutter);

- Participate in the design and planning of projects in conjunction with the external partners, other IT, and business users;

To prepare technical specification documents, to modify, develop, and technically test applications upon requirements and specifications on all enterprise applications and providing operations and supports over these applications.
Duties
- Monitoring on Applications performance and availability;
- Identifying and resolving technical issues-related, and working closely with vendor for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolutions;
- Managing the life cycle of change requests - registration, testing and confirmation, deployment and post deployment support;
- Closely collaborating with Supervisor to assess, prioritize, and issues resolution to make sure there are no significant effects on business operations;
- Closely collaborating with relevant technical stakeholders of system and data integrations;
- Maintaining application data while collaborating closely with the DBA Unit to guarantee data backups and appropriate restoration capabilities;
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and guidelines;
- Ensuring risk management is in place and implemented;
- Ensuring development is following IT Service Management and Agile Framework (if needed).
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science / BAA/BMIS;
- Minimum 2 years of application development and support;
- Experience in database management, SQL Server or Oracle and ERP or HR development and support;
- Knowledge in SDLC or Agile framework and IT Service Management (ITIL);
