Duties
  • Operations Planning and Management:
  • Develop and implement operational plans that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Manage daily retail operations, ensuring the store and online platform run smoothly.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders as needed, and oversee stock control to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment, from customer purchase to final delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics, including supplier management and transportation planning.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead, manage, and support all operations staff, including sales representatives, customer service personnel, and warehouse teams.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and design improvement plans.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record in managing day-to-day operations and overseeing processes in retail, import, or fitness-related industries.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing inventory systems and ensuring smooth import processes.

Duties
  • Prepare a daily work plan accurately and clearly based on the actual role.
  • Clean assigned areas in an orderly, hygienic, and thorough manner.
  • Perform daily checks on equipment to ensure everything is working properly. Report anything that is missing or broken.
  • Manage store inventory by regularly counting stock before sales begin (verify the listed inventory with actual stock), and prepare clear daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports according to stock levels.
  • Handle product sales efficiently in all stores, both in-store and over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately process payments and issue invoices according to product pricing, and properly handle cash (be cautious of counterfeit or damaged money).
  • Prepare and package products according to customer orders, ensuring cleanliness.
  • Accurately collect money from or with the carrier, ensuring clear documentation.
  • Contact customers who have purchased products from our store, either via Coach or in person.
  • Ensure products sent to stores are managed safely, cleanly, and without confusion.
  • Process sales with clear and organized accounting.
  • Accept and address customer feedback, making accurate notes, and report to the manager (escalate to the manager immediately if unresolved).
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
  • REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma (12th grade or higher).
  • Proficient in English (speaking, listening, and writing).
  • Single, attractive female, weighing at least 45 kg and 155 cm in height or taller.
  • Must have a positive attitude, be responsible, honest, friendly, proactive, patient, detail-oriented, able to work in a team, and committed to self-development.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, email, and social media.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience at least 2 years.
  • Good command in English.
  • Preference will be given to individuals who exercise regularly.
