Overview:

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and brand management efforts to achieve the company’s revenue goals. This role involves overseeing both sales operations and marketing initiatives to drive business growth, market presence, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and marketing, with a focus on leading teams and executing integrated strategies.

Duties
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, providing coaching, performance management, and goal setting.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and sales channels.

Requirements
  • Hold Bachelor’s degree/Master Degree in Marketing, Management or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 2year working experiences in Sales/Marketing/Advertising/Brand management/Customer service;
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in providing sales training is preferred;
  • Experience in managing team is a plus;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Khmer, English, additional language is a plus;
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines and deliver effective results;
