Reporting Line: Marketing & Communication Manager

Duties
  • Develop and design creative materials for print, digital, and social media platforms and make VDO.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visuals for campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies.
  • Work closely with other departments to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions.
  • Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
  • Edit and refine designs based on feedback to achieve the desired outcome.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of layout, typography, video, and color theory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
