 In view of supporting its growth in Cambodia, TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is providing internship opportunities talented and motivated students for the position as follow:

Reporting Line: Purchasing Manager

Duties
  • Handle in sourcing new supplier for both Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) project and wholesaler for supply of various items/services for petroleum field)
  • Doing RFQ for small amount
  • Handle the preparation of the updating of Master list of Vendor Master Data (VMD)
  • Assist in removing old documents in office workspace to store in the archive room (5th floor of Head Office), and update the archived document report.
  • Manage administrative work such scanned contract, filling contract by supplier folder.
  • Other tasks assigned by Purchasing Manager to support team.
Requirements
  • Educational background: Freshman/Sophomore/Junior/Senior/Fresh graduated Students holding Bachelor of Business Administration/Accounting.
  • Skill: High commitment and strong position, patient and pro-active in challenging/communication with people and self-study to enhance/expand general knowledge concerning the current carrier.
  • Knowledge: Having the capability in usage of computer, internet, sourcing.
  • Language: Fair in speaking/writing in English and Khmer.
  • Period of intern: 6 months up to 1 year with monthly allowance provided
