Key Expert 2 – Content Developmentand Product Design Specialist
Position Summary

The position is for Key Expert 2.
The role will begin as soon as possible, based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
- Qualifications and skills
- Postgraduate degree in journalism, film-making, multi-media development or similar; or alternatively, 8 years professional experience in any of these sectors or in the field of public relations, additional to the requirements set out hereunder
- Fluency in English language
- Working knowledge of Khmer language would be beneficial
- General professional experience
- 8 years of experience supporting organisations in the design and production of contents/products promoting organisational values and/or branding
- Professional experience in Cambodia and/or the ASEAN region will be considered as an asset
- Specific professional experience/skills
- At least 2 years of experience in managing or coordinating the development of contents and the design of products implementing communication and visibility strategies of international organisations (including international NGOs/institutions, and/or private sector)
- At least 1 assignment in which the expert was responsible of tutoring/advising management teams or communication teams of international organisations (including international NGOs/institutions, and/or private sector) in managing their social media presence (messaging via Twitter, Facebook etc.)
- Desired additional Skills
- At least one major project where they served as the lead producer/director or management of on a high-budget video production (e.g., commercial, documentary, corporate film, government or NGO campaign).
- At least 5 years of experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva)
- At least 5 years of Video Production & Editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro)
