Overall Goal: Kratie province is the center of pediatric surgical management in northeastern Cambodia.
Project Purpose: Children in Kratie province can receive appropriate surgical treatment by functioning medical care system.
Project Outcomes:
- KPRHÂ can properly diagnose and treat patients of pediatric surgery cases.
- Referral system of pediatric surgical patients in Kratie province functions well.
- People in the community can receive correct information and services on pediatric surgery.

Duties
- The purpose of the position is to support the Senior Project Accountant /Administration staff to implement project activities smoothly and assist routine administrative work. The Employee shall perform the duties as listed below:
- Assist the Senior Project Accountant /Administration staff to purchase materials and arrange logistics for the project activities and office management;
- Arrange issuing official letters to counterparts;
- Assist in preparing refreshments for training, meetings, and workshops;
- Check duty log-sheets of the project driver;
- Manage records of staff leaves;
- Arrange accommodation and transportation for traveling staff and visitors;
- Monitor and control equipment, furniture, and other assets and keep their records;
- In addition to the duties stated above, the employee shall perform other duties required by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Kratie residents are prioritized.
- Experienced applicants are prioritized. Meanwhile, recent fresh graduates with majors related to administration, accounting, finance, or other relevant fields may also have potential.
- Good interpersonal skills, time management, and a proactive attitude to learn new things.
- Basic computer literacy with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and E-mail competence.
- Good English competency as this position would communicate with international staff.
- High commitment to work as NGO staff.
- No medical knowledge or background is required.
