Location: Xavier Jesuit School, Banteay Meanchey, Cambodia

Working condition: 5 working days per week, from 7:00 am-11:00 am & 1:00 pm-5:00 pm

Duties
  • Maintain accurate filing system in the central administration office to ensure that all the files are systematically in the right place and can be accessed at any time.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members within the CAO unit such as Human Resource Officer, Accountant, Secretary, Financial Manager.
  • Maintain a good relationship within the school structure which includes: clear communication, updates and follow-up with other units within the school such as Primary School Principal, Middle School Principal, High School Principal, Director of Community Learning Center, and Director of Teacher Resource Center.
  • Facilitate communication between the architect and building companies, the provincial authorities, and the Director of the project during construction.
  • Maintain a good relationship with the government officers, local authorities, and other NGO partners.
  • Prepare quarter, semester or annual reports to the Ministry of Education Youth and Sport, the Provincial Department of Education Youth and Sport, City Department of Education Youth and Sport, Ministry of Interior, and other ministries which might need an update on our school activities.
  • Supervise the organization of the common functions and activities of the Xavier Jesuit School project and ensure that they are carried out smoothly, such as community worship, teachers’ meetings, parents’ meetings, seminars, and conferences, etc.
  • Maintain a close relationship with Jesuit Service Cambodia head-quarter office in Phnom Penh and to follow-up on important issues which may occur at the national level as well as local level.
  • Dedicate to realize the vision of Xavier Jesuit School as a member of the School Leadership Team.
Requirements
  • Minimum Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor in any relating fields with 2 years of experience working in the area of Administration.
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a problem-solving, proactive attitude, and capacity to work both independently and as a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to develop a detailed plan of work and to manage multiple tasks needed to carry out that plan.
  • Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Khmer should be the mother-tongue and English should be proficient (Speaking, Writing).
