National Project Management Support Consultant

The Ministry of Public Works and Transport has received financing from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) toward the cost of the Preparation of Urban Infrastructure Development Project (PPSF project) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The Ministry of Public Works and Transport now invites qualified and experienced national consultants to indicate their interest in providing the Service. The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be found at the following website. or can be obtained at the address given below. The consultant will be selected in accordance with the AIIB’s Procurement Policy (June 26, 2024, as amended from time to time) and Directive on Procurement Instructions for Recipients (July 26, 2024, as amended from time to time) and Royal Government of Cambodia’s Standard Operating Procedures.
Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The selecting criteria are: (i) Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, Engineering, or relevant field. (ii) Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in activities related to project management on infrastructure projects of which at least four years shall be on projects funded by bilateral/multilateral organizations including but not limited to AIIB, WB, ADB, EU, and other development donors. (iii) Shall have completed similar work activities on at least two projects in the last eight years, of which at least one project shall be financed by multilateral development banks/bilateral development agencies or by other international development partners. (iv) Fluency in written and spoken English, with proven good interpersonal skills. (v) Computer literate with thorough knowledge of the standard computer programs such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Project, Email and Internet etc.

The duration of the contract is 23 Months.
