Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Translation:
- Interprets/translates documents such as correspondences, policy documents, reports, and others from Khmer to English and English to Khmer.
- Checks original texts or confers with authors to ensure that translations retain the content, meaning, and feeling of the original material.
- Checks translation for technical terms and terminology to ensure that they are accurate and that they remain consistent throughout translation revisions.
- Proofreads, edits, and revises translated materials.
- Administration:
- Work with Company Secretary to hold and keep safe of all documents both in soft and hard copy.
- Consolidate meeting agendas and take minutes in various management team and committee meetings.
- Work with Company Secretary to consolidate department reports when needed.
- Provide administrative support to CEO such as proper filing of key documents, sort incoming and outgoing documents for CEO.
- Prepare speech for CEO in press conference and events.
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents assigned by the CEO.
- Making travel arrangements for CEO.
- Work with Company Secretary to arrange visitor appointment schedules.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by CEO.
- Legal & Compliance Works
- Participating in some event related to legal and other compliance agenda
- Produce monthly management legal & compliance progress from the newly parkas, regulators to CEO, Advisors and Board
- Support legal works and other compliance tasks assigned by CEO
- Work closely with all relevant ministries, regulators, and other sources of trust information to ensure our company comply with latest new rule of law & regulation
- Performs other tasks as assigned by CEO.
- Management Reporting
- Produce monthly comprehensive reporting to assist CEO
- Keep confidentiality of all documents related to the company and update the progress from time to time
- Manage administration/reports by documenting/ classified types of business documentations at management requirement.
- Collecting monthly management report from each head of department and submit to CEO/advisor
- Meeting Arrangement & Business Calendar
- Schedule Company Management Meeting and update to each Dept Head
- Schedule CEO meeting both internally and external partners
- Schedule other company important meeting and update the agenda by alighting with all relevant dept head and across dept partners
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, IT or, a related field.
- At least two years’ experience in project coordination, UAT, or business analysis within life insurance or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in UAT methodologies, hand-on testing, project management, and familiarity with insurance system and processes.
- Strong analytical communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Senior Business Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Functions as the subject matter expert for projects involving or affecting risk, underwriting and operational business analysis.
- Establishes and monitors appropriate levels for underwriters based on skill and mastery level.
- Collect data from call-center and claim hot-line in term of client complaint and come up with report to management finding solution for clients.
- Provide promptly feedback solution to any concerns or complaint from client.
- Prepare consolidate, and reviews report and com up analysis the business report.
- Provide support product orientation to agents, partners, and client.
- Collect/ update and analyze required information relating to competitors, and clients feedbacks/ concerns using Competition Matrices.

- Strong skills in business planning, prioritization, time management and organizational.
- Sound verbal and written communication skills in Khmer and English.

Finance and Admin Officer

Senior Insurance Officer

- Assist Unit manager to support daily business operation from each partner.
- Coordinate with partner and cross functional team on process design, reporting, and data management to ensure its compliance with regulations (bancassurance and insurance) and risk management.
- Facilitate the medium-term business plan and annual operation plan for the company.
- Facilitate the preparation of the marketing strategy, promotional campaign, marketing activities, message communication to market to ensure the mislead communication.
