  • Organize training workshops and mentorship programs for healthcare professionals on clubfoot management, in collaboration with the Program Manager.
  • Community Awareness Raising (under Program Manager supervision):
  • Develop and implement community outreach campaigns to raise awareness about clubfoot, its treatment options, and the importance of early intervention.
  • Work with community leaders, NGOs, and advocacy groups to reach target audiences.
  • Organize community events and educational sessions to address myths and misconceptions surrounding clubfoot.
  • Dropout Case Follow-up (in collaboration with Clinic Coordinators):
  • Work with clinic coordinators to identify children who have dropped out of the Ponseti treatment program.
  • Develop strategies to address the reasons for dropout and encourage families to continue treatment.
  • Conduct outreach visits to families of dropout cases to provide support and information.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation:
  • Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation plan to track the reach and impact of outreach activities, under the guidance of the Program Manager.
  • Collect and analyze data on the number of healthcare professionals trained, referrals made, children receiving treatment, and dropout rates.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with the Program Manager on program adjustments.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the project team, including healthcare professionals, community leaders, clinic coordinators, and other stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with relevant government agencies and NGOs.
  • Attend to the Pro-TWGH meeting at the provincial health department in and out target provinces.
  • Attend to the OD health center meeting at the OD office at the in and out target districts.

  • Experience in developing and implementing outreach campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
