Techo Startup Center (TSC) is a public administrative institution under the guardianship of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) of Cambodia, with the mission to assist the government in fulfilling her strategic vision to create a favorable environment for fostering startups and promoting digital business. Moreover, TSC is entrusted by the government to oversee the Startup Cambodia National Program to assist local startups and develop a lively entrepreneurship ecosystem in Cambodia. Duties
The candidate should be responsible for the following tasks:
Involving in research projects by designing research methodology, collecting, and analyzing data, and writing technical reports
Preparing professionally written, aesthetically appealing materials of research which is suitable for the public
Providing research training on related stakeholders as requested
Building supportive and trusting relationships with stakeholders internally and externally and
Completing any other tasks that the board of directors may identify.
Requirements
The candidate should/must possess the following qualifications:
Master’s degree in public policy, social science, or related fields
At least one year experience in policy research
High English proficiency
Knowledge of both qualitative and qualitative data analysis
Experience and understanding of digital economy is a plus
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork
Ability to execute responsible tasks independently and willing to learn new things and
Behaving passion, perseverance, innovation, and startup spirit.
