Duties
  • To develop, refine and implement policies, procedures, guidelines, tools (SOP) to support the implementation (monitoring and evaluation) of school operations.
  • To implement school’s operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
  • To oversee customer services to meet customers ‘needs and satisfaction.
  • To develop and support SP to ensure the manpower planning for their current and future needs.
  • To ensure operations at school level are running smoothly such as recruitment, training, performance, compensation, orientation, induction, employee movement, and compliance in accordance with the required HR labor laws, and policies.
  • To oversee the financial operations to ensure effective & efficiency expenditures and turnover with timely and accuracy reports;

Requirements

Requirements
  • MBA in management or appropriate related field (HR discipline is a plus);
  • A minimum of 08 years of experiences at a management level in HR;
  • Experience in HR policy development and execution, and best HR practices;

  • Proven experiences in strategic and operational HR planning and execution;
