Duties
- To develop, refine and implement policies, procedures, guidelines, tools (SOP) to support the implementation (monitoring and evaluation) of school operations.

- To oversee customer services to meet customers ‘needs and satisfaction.
- To develop and support SP to ensure the manpower planning for their current and future needs.
- To ensure operations at school level are running smoothly such as recruitment, training, performance, compensation, orientation, induction, employee movement, and compliance in accordance with the required HR labor laws, and policies.
- To oversee the financial operations to ensure effective & efficiency expenditures and turnover with timely and accuracy reports;

- Source & explore new potential construction suppliers base on organization needs

- Select, arrange, recommend vendor of price comparison to submit to manager
- Collaborate with Purchasing Team to identify purchase threshold, purchase categories, purchase process, system support, lack of existing system, and produce report.

- Working with warehouse staffs to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies for all campuses

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Operation, Marketing or similar qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Purchasing Field

- Understandable of construction materials for procurement process.
- Essential be have minimum 3 years of purchasing experience.
