JOB OBJECTIVES

Define & establish strategic direction of ethical products within his responsibilities in country by providing marketing plan and product strategy.

Duties
  • JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Planning
  • Prepare pre launching activities for global products and products focus in conjunction with Global Product Manager.
  • Provide a marketing plan and launch plan for each new potential global and local product
  • Provide and develop products/ marketing plan and strategy, include : market analysis, segment analysis, target market, product positioning, objective setting, action plan, budgeting, pricing policy, product life cycle.
  • Create, propose, or design promotion material to improve product marketability
  • Plan and prepare product presentation (in hospital, seminars, etc) and product knowledge training/update to sales team
  • Keep update with government regulation, outside knowledge and technology development related to his/her area of work and analyze the impact to company products and business
  • Periodically establish a market analysis of all existing products in country
  • Provide monthly rolling forecast

  • In conjunction with Global Product Manager, ensure implementation of global product and product focus strategy to achieve top and bottom line (profit and loss target) objectives by products effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide update and feedback on project progress to Country Manager/Sales & Marketing Manager and head office
  • Conduct product presentation (in hospital, seminars, etc) and product knowledge training/update to sales team
  • Responsible for all product profit and loss which are their responsibilities

  • Monitoring product strategy or program to field force or outlets (pharmacy/chemist, wholesaler, hospitals, drugstore) and provide necessary feedback to Sales Management and Product Management OBU
  • Monitoring competitor activities for user (doctors & nurses) and outlets (pharmacist in hospitals or in pharmacy/chemist) in order to counter with our product strategy.
  • Measure product knowledge of sales team and its product training effectiveness.
  • Periodically monitor and measure the success of each strategy
  • Periodically monitor achievement in-market sales vs forecast

  • Build and maintain strategic and favorable relationship with key opinion leaders and key customers to know market trends, existing and potential opportunities in country.
  • Conduct on going and effective coordination (including joint visit) with sales management to ensure the execution of determined strategy and promotion programs and agree on necessary follow up
  • Work with Overseas Scientific Information DXM to get medical information/ literature, to get approval for brochures, to handle customer products complaint etc.
  • Coordinate with Global Product Manager in regards product strategy, marketing plan, activities, and materials, and also new product potentiality.

  • Collect, evaluate, and analyze market and products information covering competitor products, sales achievement and growth, strategy and promotion programs.
  • Conduct regular market research/ survey to gather accurate and up to date market information, including market survey for future potential products.

District Sales Manager Apply Now

Duties
  • Manage trade coverage and develop sales and distribution of products
  • Supervise medical representative team and manage their performance and discipline
  • Set monthly sales target and KPI to push sales performance according to sales plan
  • Train and coach medical representative to ensure high performance and professionalism
  • Monitor closely and follow up on sales and distribution trend of medical representative and key customers
  • Implement marketing activity and follow up on progress with medical representative team
  • Keep an open communication with marketing and counterparts in order to integrate marketing promotions to sales
  • Do regular market visit to keep track of customer needs and to get market information and competitor activity feedback

Requirements
  • Male or Female
  • Graduate of any Business and/or Pharmacy or equivalent from a reputable university.
  • MA degree in an advantage
  • Have minimum 3 years as Sales Supervisor or Team Leader in related field and showed proven track performance/achievement
  • Preferably 1-3 yrs experienced employees specializing in Sales-Retail/General or equivalent
  • Preferably have experience in ethical product
  • Excellent relationship with customer and have good communication skills
  • Results oriented, team spirit and leadership skills
  • Patient and flexible, honest and hardworking
  • Willing to be placed or assigned at Provinces
  • Good command of spoken and written English; computer skill

  • Monitor product promotion activities by observing the market in order to evaluate the effective work process.
  • Collaborate with PM/PE, plan and implement promotional strategies and activities in line with the assigned product.
  • Coordinate with Sale Representative to increase our share in outlet and settle payment, account receivables, and stock in order build good company image.
  • Help build a favorable company image and brand awareness of the company within the assigned territory particularly to hospital and doctors.
  • Maintain effective coordination with superior to evaluate target achievement and effectiveness of promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with supply chain about the availability of stock that has to prepare in warehouse based on the sales forecast and customer behavior.
  • Plan and survey competitor activities at the hospital, clinics, doctors and pharmacy and discuss the result with the superior to define future action plan.
  • Plan and survey doctor prescription habit by visiting pharmacy or hospital.
  • Update product knowledge and market knowledge for effective sales presentation to doctors.
