Announcement Description

The Company’s core business is divided into three main categories: The tapioca starch and starch-related products, the food products, and the biodegradable products distributed to local as well as international markets, details as follows:

Tapioca products include tapioca starch, alpha starch, sago (or tapioca pearl), all of which are manufactured and sold by the Company and its subsidiaries, namely Thai Nam Tapioca Company Limited, D I Company Limited, Thai Wah Alpha Starch Company Limited, and Tay Ninh Tapioca Joint Stock Company.

Vermicelli and Noodle products include vermicelli, rice noodle, rice vermicelli, and mung bean starch noodles (Shanghai noodles) which are manufactured and sold by the Company, having vermicelli as its main product. The raw materials for vermicelli and the other noodle products are pea starch, potato starch, tapioca starch, and rice.

Biodegradable products; our tapioca-based TPS is derived from renewable feedstock with >90% bio content and better elongation suitable for flexible packaging application of mulch film, bags and other blown film applications. Our first generation of TPS compounds, suitable for end-of-life applications thermoforming, injection molding and extrusion, are unique blend of high performing biodegradable feedstock that are both industrial and home compostable.

Duties
  • Responsible for evaluating and identifying the solution to machine breakdowns for all electrical equipment in the manufacturing, especially PLC and SCADA
  • To provide support for all phases of a project, including review, design, installation, commissioning, and testing
  • Lead the instrument, electrical, and process control parts of a facility automation project.
  • Responsible for performing preventive maintenance in accordance with the PM plan.
  • Checking the machine and equipment, especially the critical machine, and reporting to the Assistant manager of Engineering and the Factory Manager
  • Ensure that work is carried out according to local regulations and requirements, especially safety requirements.
  • Support and co originated with all functions such as engineer, Quality, Production
Requirements
  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in mechatronics / Electrical Engineering /Instrument Engineer
  • Year experience in maintenance or service of manufacturing/Factory ,
  • Excellence skill for PLC and SCADA
  • Good command of Cambodian and English language, both reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Computer skills are preferred.
 

Mechanical Technician (2 Positions) Apply Now

Duties
  • Responsibility to review and find the solution to prepare for machine breakdown for all Mechanical equipment in the factory.
  • To support for all project that beginning from review design, installation, commissioning and testing
  • Responsibility to perform for preventive maintenance following PM plan.
  • Checking the machine and equipment especially for machine and report to Asst. manager Engineering and Utility Manager
  • Perform following the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) that required by ISO9001/GHP/HACCP.
Requirements
  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in mechanical /mechatronics.
  • More 1 Year experience in maintenance or service of manufacturing/Factory, or concerned job
  • Good experience and knowledge for mechanical engineering such as pump, motor, mechanical standard part
  • Good command of Cambodian and English language, both reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Good command in English or Thai
  • Computer skills are preferred.
  • Able to use cutting and welding MC.

Duties
  • Supervise the preparation of a safety, occupational health and working environment plan. Prepare relevant documents and safety information as required by law, Cambodian and international regulations.
  • Coordinate with government agencies in terms of labor, environment, occupational health, and safety. Responsible for managing the security registration system in accordance with the government, such as laws, company licenses, compulsory report, and those involved within.
  • Administrate and do management of facilities to be in a ready-to-use condition, office safety equipment such as fire suppression system and emergency alarm.
  • Responsible for maintaining the safety management system established in the company, to ensure that the system requirements are met as well as relevant government laws and regulations on safety protection.
  • Responsible for office security management and review of security reports.
  • Inspect equipment and machinery for possible unsafe conditions.
  • Manage a security incident investigation system to find the cause of the incident to prevent a recurrence of the incident.
  • Validate safety risk assessments with progressive improvements including assessments for new projects/new equipment installations.
  • Organize, coordinate and conduct safety and health training. And then do communications to ensure all associates are aware of the company's safety and health policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in health science, Safety, Engineering, Industrial Science or other.
  • 3-5 years of experience in field of safety, occupational health, and working environment.
  • Experience and understand in safety management system as relevant government laws and regulations on safety protection.
  • Good command of Cambodian and Thai language, both reading, writing, and speaking.
  • English and computer skills are preferred.
