Requirements:

Procurement Manager

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Salary range will be depended on the experience and qualification(no less than USD 800 per month) .

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support with other department to make procurement strategies, managing contracts, change orders, purchasing, shipping, receipt and inspections, and logistics submittals, evaluations and performance.
  • Assist to prepare RFQ (Request for Quotation) packages for bidding purposes and analyzing competiti
  • Establish procurement strategies for acquisition, receiving and tracking of project materials with Project Manager that optimize quality, cost, and timely delivery criteria.
  • Work collaboratively with Client, Design Team and Project Manager to coordinate material selection, suppliers and subcontractors selection.
  • Receive purchase proposals from projects and other departments and make PR & PO, forecast upcoming demand create new item in system and arrange with purchaser
  • Preparing purchase order attached with quotation from various vendor & product or service comparisons
  • Collaborate with management in the negotiation of contracts and lines of credit, review and prepare contractual documents with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Contact with suppliers and warehouse about invoice, delivery note and other related document of purchasing
  • Prepare, maintain and review purchasing records, produce management reports, price list, locate suppliers, monitor subcontractor performance, track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders, approve bills for payment, calculate the cost of orders, assign invoices to the appropriate accounts, monitor inventory transfer forms for bookkeeping records and monitor in-house inventory transfer for project consumption.
  • Establish new relationships and maintain relationships with existing and prospective suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure adequate resources for all projects and to continually improve p and reach best prices
  • Generating and mange code of materials, equipment, products into company master materials system and Manage materials/equipment inventory
  • Devise and employ fruitful sourcing strategies, making plan training for subordinates and evaluating their effectiveness, conducts periodic meetings with subordinates to ensure that priorities are clear and the workflow is running smoothly and assign coverage person to carry out the position in team
  • Prepares periodic reports regarding the department activities and achievements to be submitted to the General Manager on monthly basis or when required
  • Liaise with relevant internal and external parties to support our business matters as required
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years working experience in related field
  • Bachelor Degree in related field
  • Able to work well in multi-tasks and under pressure
  • Good command in both written and spoken English is essential, good at Vietnamese is priority

QS Executive Of Tender

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Report to: Direct superior: Head of QS Department

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • THE MAIN DUTIES:
  • Carry out tasks as directed by the Head of QS Department.
  • Dissecting the bid volume, assembling the bid price: works related to Structure, Finishing, Infrastructure in Construction Projects.
  • Search for suppliers and subcontractors in the market.
  • Cost management: control the volume of payments to suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare bidding documents: schedule, method statement, competition organization chart and related documents for bidding projects.
  • File documents, hard copies and soft copy files according to the Company's Bidding Documents.
  • Report contract implementation progress and arising issues to Manager
  • Weekly report.
  • SUPPORT DUTIES:
  • Prepare and complete bidding documents to send to bid.
  • Support the Construction Site with issues related to quantiry.
  • Support other departments on issues related to suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Support and connect other office departments within the scope of ability.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 02 years of experience or more
  • Education level: University or higher
  • Professional : Civil and Industrial Construction Engineer, Construction Economics Engineer
  • Foreign language: : English communication. Cambodian is an advantage.
 
 

Interior Design

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Location: Location: at the headquarters in Phnom Penh - Cambodia

Working hours: 8am - 12pm; 1pm-5pm. However, because the job may require to work overtime - this needs to be clarified during the interview process.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Conceptual and schematic design through project completion and report directly to the design head department.
  • Develop design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation.
  • Preparation of design presentation, drawings and 3d drawings.
  • Preparation of design development and detailed design drawings.
  • To help senior designers in implementation of the company design standards.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
Requirements:
  • Graduated in architecture/interior design.
  • At least 1 years working experience in related field
  • Be able to structural with useful program (AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Vray or Corona or similar rendering software.
  • Creative ideas, flexibility, self motivated and honesty
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be able to communicate in English.
  • Be creative and willing to learn new things
  • Work well under pressure to meet the deadline.

  • Translate tender submission documents and other documents to Chinese and vice versa

Requirements:
  • Foreign language:
  • Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing Chinese
  • English communication.
  • Vietnamese is an advantage.
  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • Age: No limit
  • At least 3 years working experience in in similar position
  • Fluent in reading and writing, experienced in purchasing procedures from China
  • Having worked in construction company is an advantage
