Polybag Sale Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Polybag Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for our polybag products. This role requires a strong understanding of the polybag market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Find new orders and buyers.
- Achieve ongoing polybag sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare quotations and samples.
- Schedule production and delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring company profitability.
- Follow up with customers about orders and accounts receivable (AR).
- Collect payments.
- Prepare sales work plans.
- Understand the production flow and have knowledge of plastic formulas and raw materials.
- Develop a sales plan, lead, and deliver sales targets.
- Be able to solve any issues that arise among teams.
- Work with the purchaser to restock main raw materials.
- Prepare regular weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Base salary (based on experiences reviewed annually)

- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but experience is also valued.
- Proven track record of success in Sales/Marketing.
- Strong understanding of the polybag market.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
