SUMMARY:
The Policy & Project Manager is responsible for developing, analyzing, and implementing organizational policies while overseeing related projects. This role involves researching policy issues, coordinating stakeholder engagement, managing project execution, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to drive policy initiatives and project success. The individual will also be part of the team to enhance CAMFEBA's communication and branding, representing the organization in policy discussions, developing communication plans, and ensuring consistent communication with members through newsletters and other channels.
- Fund Raising:
- Communicate with existing donors and identify all details of potential grants.
- Identify and build relationships with new funders and grant sources.
- Analyses grant data and identify the potential ability for CAMFEBA to deliver the projects or services.
- Projects Management & Delivery:
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of policy-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, tracking progress and mitigating risks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants, and external partners to achieve project milestones.
- Attend the necessary meetings to ensure successful delivery of the grants and services.
- Communicate and negotiate contracts with suppliers, etc.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership, funders, and regulatory bodies
- Stakeholder & Advocacy Engagement:
- Monitor emerging policy trends, government regulations, and industry standards.
- Work with relevant team to Research, draft, and analyze policies, regulations, and legislative proposals relevant to the organization’s mission.
- Build relationships with government agencies, industry groups, NGOs, and other key stakeholders.
- Represent the organization in policy discussions, working groups, and public forums.
- Work with media team to develop communication plan to strengthen and visible the communication & Branding of CAMFEBA includes regularly communicating newsletters, policies update through CAMFEBA communication channels
- Bachelor's Degree in or Master’s degree in public policy, Political Science, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in policy analysis, project management, government relations, or a similar role for 3 to 5 years
- Research & Writing: Strong ability to analyze complex policy issues and produce clear, actionable reports.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of legislative processes, compliance, and risk management.
- Leadership: Ability to manage teams, influence decision-makers, and drive initiatives forward. Be able to work full-time and ability to work under pressure
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for stakeholder engagement and advocacy.
- Good in both verbal and written English
Senior Membership Services Executive

SUMMARY:
This role involves managing and supervising the Membership Services Department's daily operations, providing coaching to subordinates, and managing work plans and sales performance. It also includes budget management for events and training. A key aspect is business development, leading resource mobilization through membership and marketing, analyzing client needs, and implementing strategies to promote the organization and achieve KPIs. The role further encompasses sales promotion and marketing by developing strategies and leading the team in client visits and event organization. Finally, it involves comprehensive event and training program management, from recruiting trainers and finalizing course outlines to facilitating events and reviewing training materials, all while adhering to assigned tasks.
- Management & Supervision:
- Supervise the daily operation of Membership Services Department
- Provide couch and OJT to the subordinates
- Co-Manage weekly work plan and monthly sales performance
- Co-Manage Budget Plan and Cost Saving in Event/Training Operation
- Work with the MSM to develop capability development plan for staff
- Business Development:
- Co-Lead in mobilizing resources through various forms of training, membership and marketing activities
- Work with the membership services team to develop and analyse Client Need Assessment and scope of services
- Co-Develop and implement membership and marketing strategies to promote CAMFEBA and its services

The individual will actively participate in resource mobilization through training, membership drives, and marketing initiatives, working closely with the membership services team to analyze client needs and develop tailored services. They will be responsible for creating and executing membership and marketing strategies to promote CAMFEBA, achieving KPIs through diligent planning and reporting. Additionally, the role involves proactive sales and marketing activities, including client engagement, follow-ups, and organizing promotional events and training programs. This includes recruiting qualified trainers, developing course outlines, managing event logistics, and creating training reports and materials. The individual will also contribute to ongoing research and development of training tools and materials, while fulfilling other assigned tasks.
- Business Development:
