Position Overview
Policies and Legal Influences (PALI) Program Assistant will be in charge of assisting in engage and influence global, regional and national laws and policies effecting the poor, indigenous, marginalized, and vulnerable groups and people. His/her work responsibilities and need work support to assist project to ensure the implementation is running smoothly with effectiveness and efficiency.

- Job Responsibilities:
- Assist on communication or coordination with other partners and stakeholders
- Support program implementation such as logistic arrangement including DSA payment for participants for activities implementation, tracking activity, project's meeting/workshop
- Produce event minutes/reports, monthly progress reports, and others as required.
- Continuously monitor network activities based on log-frame and budget plan and adjust/review it based on the monitoring results.
- Expenditure: prepare and submit requests for advance, disburse, and justify management following the policy and procedure.
- Oversight of the program budget monitoring and budget review.

- Bachelor's Degree in Development study, Public Policy, NRM, Agriculture, Rural Development, or related subject.
- Qualification and in-depth knowledge of development study, Public Policy, Natural Resource Governance, Water Governance, Agricultural policies and climate change are desirable.
- Demonstrate experience in project cycle management
- Demonstrate experience in dialogue, debate, and advocacy for pro-poor policy development and monitoring of implementation
- Demonstrate experience in facilitating and coordinating members and CSOs in consultation with government officials and development partners
- Experience working in facilitating and coordinating with sub-national level and communities
- Experience working in a team.
- Proven ability to help, learn, facilitate, communicate, advocate and transfer skills and knowledge to colleagues
- Strong experience in the usage of computers and office software packages
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Khmer and English.

Position Overview
The NGO Forum on Cambodia (NGOF) seeks highly motivated interns to gain practical experience in project management and administration within our programs that support marginalized and vulnerable groups (PALI, SACHAS, RITI, or MACOR).
This is a temporary, full-time position based in Phnom Penh, with occasional travel to provinces. The internship lasts a minimum of 6 months with potential extensions.

- Program and Administrative Support:
- Assist with planning, coordination, and implementation of program activities, events, and projects.
- Help refine the program results framework and contribute to reports, documents, and materials.
- Assist with basic program budgeting and disbursement tasks.
- Provide regular progress updates to the program manager.

- Assist with developing and disseminating program communications (newsletters, social media, press releases).
- Drafting content for NGOF's website and social media.
- Support outreach efforts to engage stakeholders, partners, and communities.
