- Supervises the team leaders and controls quality of workers’ activities (maintenance, tapping, stimulation, fungicide application and more). Up to 5 team leaders and 75 tappers under your supervision.
- Control the daily expected tasks respecting quality and material consumption and following the budget constraint.
- Check daily output report (rubber production, maintenance tasks) made by the team leader to have accurate report.
- Monitor the efficiency and Coordination of Fire task force during the dry season (Dec - May).
- Control and follow up of equipment’s (protective, working tools) and products (stimulant, herbicide, fungicide) for the various operations under your supervision.
- Provide training for subordinates and new workers.
- Report (with proper complaints, photos, etc…) any issues related to field, constructions, fire, population activities or any problem related to Company’s activities.
- Check and control on the overall cleanliness of the plantation.
- Salary based on experience and qualifications + Bonus.

- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or Equivalent.
- At least of experience for 1 year is required
- Competent, dynamic, efficient and result-oriented.

Agronomic Environmental, Safety and Health Officer

The agronomic ESH officer will monitor the compliance with ESH standards.
The role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement in ESH culture within the department.
She/he will be fully in charge to implement, sustain and update all quality, environmental and safety measures within the plantation department.
The measures and initiatives to be put in place will be shared by the HSE department, analyzed by the officer and implemented on the field.
The officer will also be responsible for training the plantation staff as per the above topics and for providing all documentation of any task fulfilled on the field.
- Safety & Health documentation: to develop, maintain and manage related documentation.
- Reporting & record-keeping: to collect and compile minutes of related meetings.
- Training & awareness programs: to meet and train all plantation staff in related topics.
- Hazard & Risk management: to assist in developing and maintaining hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control.
- Inspection and audit compliance: to ensure the proper implementation of above measures throughout the entire concession.
- To make and follow-up recommendation to help solve non-conformities or other opportunities for improvement.
