Position Summary

Direct Manager : Planning Manager

Working hours: 8:00am-17:00pm Monday-Saturday

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Making Feasibility Study for potential projects based on provided data and information
  • Preparing comprehensive cash flow model for on-going projects
  • Doing survey & market research for Cambodia real estate market
  • Preparing research reports and other reports for investment
  • Regular inputting and updating factors of Feasibility Study and Economic situations
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Good communication in English
  • Graduate Bachelor of Economics, preferably in Finance or Real Estate
  • Experience in Finance or Real Estate is preferred
  • Great interest in real estate is a Must
  • Knowledge of cash flow model, feasibility study
  • Skill of market research, analyst, problem-solving
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power
