Planning and Logistics Executive
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Create, modify, and manage production schedules
- Monitoring RM and FG inventory levels, regularly providing production status updates to management, and facilitating the timely delivery of products to customers
- Promptly addressing and resolving or assisting in the resolution, by suggesting ideas, of operational issues to minimize delays in production
- Coordinating operation in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability
- Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner
- Managing and organizing export shipment of finished products to customers as per customer requirements
- Coordinate internally and with external parties to meet sales/delivery targets.
- Liaising with other internal functions in arranging all documentary support needed for the shipments.
- Always looking for cost-saving opportunities.
- Other duties assigned by the commander.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Management/Industrial Engineering/Logistics or Supply Chain.
- More than 5 years of previous experience in related areas (Planning, Supply chain, Logistics)
- Demonstrate excellent time management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure that production operations run smoothly
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software
- Effective communication skills
- Mature, dynamic with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good command of English is a must (Speaking, Listening, Writing).
