XploreAsia is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Placement Supervisor to join our team in Cambodia. This is a full-time role for someone passionate about education, cultural exchange, and helping teachers succeed in their new environments.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (weekend work may occasionally be required)
- Salary: Commensurate with experience.
- As a Placement Supervisor, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and education partners across Cambodia
- Research, source, and secure new placement opportunities
- Provide ongoing support to teachers, including accommodation assistance, visa and work permit guidance, and cultural and language training
- Facilitate smooth mobilization and onboarding for teachers in their new roles
- Troubleshoot, mentor, and advise teachers to ensure they are supported in their placements
- Manage placement logistics, contracts, and documentation in our internal systems (Salesforce)
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to meet teachers’ needs
- Lead special projects, teacher meet-ups, and system improvements as needed
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High level of cultural sensitivity and adaptability
- Previous experience in education, placement services, or community engagement is an advantage
