DAU TU SAIGON – BINH PHUOC (S B K) Co., Ltd. (DT) is a Private limited Company, currently we are investing in Agriculture-Industry (Rubber, cashew plantation) in Kratie province.

We are now seeking a qualified candidate to fill the following position:

Position Summary

As a Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care and overseeing all health-related operations within DAU TU SAIGON – BINH PHUOC (SBK) Co., Ltd. (DT). The role will be carried out under the guidance of, and in coordination with, the Human Resource Management Department to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all employees.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • The basic duties and responsibilities you are required to fulfill include, but are not limited to:
  • Following the direction of the HR Manager (or his/her delegate).
  • Check and record medical stock in and stock out.
  • Check and record medical histories whether the kids of medicines can be used or expired.
  • Provide health checks for employees and villagers living round the plantation.
  • Provide treatment of small injuries, sickness, and first aid.
  • Keep record all health checks and treatment of injuries and sickness patients.
  • Refer sickness or injuries patients to Health Center or the Hospital nearby.
  • Keep hygiene and sanitation standard of the infirmary and outside.
  • Make sure the infirmary is tidy and clean.
  • Provide awareness raising on health, sanitation and hygiene to the employees and villagers.
  • Report on health checks, treatment, medicine, and first aids kits to HR Manager
  • The Company may require you to carry out other duties within your competence, skill, and training. In the performance of your duties, you must:
  • Act ethically and professionally representing the interests of the Company and the Employer.
  • Refrain from acting in conflict with the interests of the Company and the Employer.
  • To the best of your knowledge and abilities, perform the duties assigned to you by the Company.
  • Comply with all lawful directions and instructions given to you by the Company.
  • Remain up to date with the developments in your field of work.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Registered Nurse with a valid license of Occupation Medicine.
  • Has significant experience in nursing, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
  • Holds current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Possesses knowledge of common childhood illnesses and injuries.
  • Has experience in health promotion and education.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff and villagers.
  • Possesses strong clinical skills and the ability to assess and manage a variety of health conditions.
  • Has excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Can maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Has a caring and compassionate nature, with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of staff and villagers.
  • Knows safeguarding practices and protection procedures (essential).
Soft Skills
  • Has a positive and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Has committed to providing high-quality care to staff and villagers.
  • Has a flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to respond to changing priorities.
  • Has a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous professional development
