Role Summary:
Responsible for planning, shooting, and delivering high-quality images that align with studio standards and client expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Photograph clients (maternity, newborn, family, and other kind of portraits. Or products depending on assignment)
- Prepare lighting, camera gear, and studio setup before each session
- Guide clients with posing and expressions to achieve natural and flattering results
- Review and shortlist best images after sessions
- Maintain consistent style, composition, and studio visual standards
- Manage shoot timeline efficiently to ensure smooth flow
- Keep equipment clean, organized, and in working condition
Expected Profile of Candidates
Skills & Knowledge:

- Moderate photography skills & understanding of lighting
- Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless camera

Content Creator

- Capture behind-the-scenes, product, and lifestyle content
- Create reels, short-form videos, before & after, tips, storytelling posts
- Manage content scheduling and posting plan
- Write captions aligned with brand tone
- Track trending content styles and apply creativity
- Support studio campaigns, promotions, and new service highlights

Assistant Photographer

- Assist in lighting setup, gear preparation, and studio organization
- Hold reflectors, adjust lights, help with posing tools & props
- Comfort and handle babies/children safely if newborn/family sessions
- Help with background change, equipment transfers & cleanup
- Capture behind-the-scenes content when required
- Support smooth session flow and client experience

Role Summary:
Handles the editing and final output of images to meet studio quality, tone, and brand identity.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Edit and retouch selected images (skin, tone, color balance, background cleanup)
- Maintain consistency in style across all sessions
- Meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Manage client revision requests professionally
- Organize files, backup data, and maintain workflow system
- Work closely with photographers to finalize best images
