- Main Office: #18EG, St. K4B, Sangkat Obek Kaorm, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.
- Secondary Office: Royal Special Economic Zone, Phnom Penh.
- Working Hour: Full-time (Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
The Photo & Videographer will be responsible for shooting, editing, and content creation. You will handle the full production cycle—from preparing gear to post-production editing—ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
- Pre-Production Planning
- Conceptualization: Collaborate with the marketing/creative team to brainstorm visual concepts that align with brand goals.
- Storyboarding: Create scripts and storyboards for video projects to ensure a clear narrative before filming.
- Location Scouting: Identify and scout suitable indoor or outdoor locations for shoots.
- Equipment Prep: Ensure all cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear are charged, functional, and ready for use.
- Production (The Shoot)
- Capturing Content: Direct and film high-quality video footage and still photography for various platforms (Social Media, Website, Ads).
- Technical Setup: Manage professional lighting setups and high-fidelity audio recording on-site.
- Directing Talent: Guide models, employees, or interviewees to ensure natural and effective performances on camera.
- B-Roll Collection: Capture supplementary footage (B-roll) to enhance the storytelling and depth of video projects.
- Post-Production & Delivery
- Video Editing: Assemble raw footage into polished videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Photo Retouching: Edit and color-correct photographs using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
- Motion Graphics: Create basic animations, titles, and transitions to increase the production value of videos.
- Asset Management: Organize and archive all raw and final files in a structured digital library for easy retrieval.
- Event & Weekend Coverage
- Live Coverage: Attend company events, product launches, or site visits (including weekends as required) to document key moments in real-time.
- Fast Turnaround: Provide "sneak peek" photos or short-form reels (TikTok/Instagram style) quickly after weekend events for social media buzz.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of all media equipment after field use.

- Proven experience in Photography, Videography, and Editing for 2 years as a minimum
- Expert in DaVinci Resolve or Cap Cut.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and DSLR/Mirrorless camera operation.
- Basic knowledge of Graphic Design is a plus.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Khmer.
- Creative with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, highly structured and organized, and willingness to learn.
- Willing to commute to industry zones, oversea and travel within the country.
