Duties & Responsibilities:
- KEY RESULT AREAS:
- Welcoming the new clients and existing client to Meru Performance Center
- Giving advices on how to use the machines or other equipment in the gym.
- Explaining the values of the gym
- Offering personal training or group training
- Explaining the importance of life style outside the gyn such as good sleeping, good nutrition and stretching
- Working directly hand to hand with the General Manager and supporting the financial goals and operational needs.
- Reporting any issues to the General Manager
- Ensuring cleanings and stock of different items in the gym (cups, towels, tissues)
- GENERAL
- Contributes to the morale and team spirit of Meru Performance Center by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.
- Work well with team and others departments in the resort on administration work.
- Always maintains a very high standard of personal hygiene, dress code, and demeanor.
- Is polite and professional in any situation, particularly where the image and reputation of the Gym Center are represented.
- Attends meetings and training, as and when required.
- Is fully conversant with the resort’s health and safety, fire and emergency procedures
- PERFORMANCE EVALUATION CRITERIA
- The consistency of resort’s standards of performance.
- Availability and accuracy of report.
- The ratio of positive and negative guest feedback and comments.
- The organizational skills and people management skills.
