- Overseeing, announcing, interviewing, selection process, and onboarding activities
- Recording employee’s information in the database, and manage employee’s hanging folders
- Maintaining employee records
- Attending monthly meetings with Child Protection Risk Management
- Assist with Child Protection issues
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
- Assist staff events
- Any other duties as directed by the supervisor
- A university degree (preferably in HR/Business Administration)
- Experience in a human resources role (preferred)

IELTS & Examination Officer

- Provide general administrative support to the IELTS and Examination Services Department
- Assist with test supervision (e.g. IELTS, University Distance Education Exams, relevant professional exams)
- Maintain full test compliance by ensuring strict adherence to the test integrity policy
- Ensure that all clients are professionally served, and a feedback system is effectively implemented
- Participate in the development and implementation of promotion campaigns
- Produce reports and analyses on the respective testing services of the department
- Register test takers
- Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor
- A university degree
- Good command of English (IELTS 6.5 overall band score is preferred)
- Good administrative, organisational and planning ability, with attention to details
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Good computer skills in Word and Excel processing and database usage

Study Abroad Counsellor

- Assist in event management (e.g. Study Abroad Expos)
- Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor
- A university degree
- Good command of English (IELTS of 5.5 overall band score is preferred)
- Be familiar with Cambodian and International educational systems
- Good computer skills in word processing and database usage
- Flexibility (e.g. adjusting to changing circumstances and working on a variety of tasks)
- Experience in customer service and administrative work is preferred
