THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Overall purpose for hiring this intern:
The People & Culture Intern will provide administrative and coordination support across key P&C functions, including Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and P&C Operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in P&C processes and contribute to creating positive employee experience. The intern will work closely with the P&C team to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely delivery of P&C services while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

- The intern will receive specific assignments aligned with P&C learning objectives, agreed upon with the supervisor and the P&C team.
- The supervisor will provide weekly mentoring sessions to review progress, answer questions, and offer guidance on P&C tasks and professional growth.
- The intern will have opportunities to practice real P&C tasks such as recruitment coordination, file management, administrative support, and training logistics.
- Opportunities to strengthen communication, organization, customer service, teamwork, and time management skills through daily responsibilities.
- Receive support in exploring HR career paths, including tips on CV writing, interview preparation, and understanding HR career competencies.
- Total Rewards & Administration Support
- Support administrative tasks, including the preparation and printing of staff ID cards, as well as meeting room arrangements for P&C-related sessions or events.
- Assist in preparing P&C documents such as workbooks, letters, certificates, and other related materials.
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and updating staff benefit information (e.g., insurance cards, claim documents) under supervision.
- Support the monthly updates for staff and family insurance (additions/deletions) to ensure accurate and timely processing to the broker.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date filing documents for Total Rewards documents.
- Learning & Development Support
- Support logistics for training sessions, workshops, and learning programs (e.g., New Staff Orientation, Career Coaching, Leadership Training).
- Prepare training materials, attendance sheets, evaluation forms, and certificates.
- Assist with the management, follow-up, and tracking of pre- and post-training activities.
- P&C Operations and Recruitment Support
- Assist with scanning, uploading, and organizing documents related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee files.
- Support in collecting documents as needed for audits, compliance checks, or internal reviews.
- Assist in updating job postings and job announcements (if assigned).
- Support preparation of recruitment materials such as interview notes, candidate documents, or test papers.
- Assist with onboarding logistics, including welcome kits, desk setup coordination, or orientation schedules.
- Assist the supervisor with any additional tasks assigned to support the overall efficiency and functioning of the P&C team.

- English - Good
- Undergraduate Degree in 3rd or 4th year university student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Previous volunteer experience or involvement in administrative or coordination tasks.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Good communication skills in both Khmer and English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as Google Workspace or simple data-entry tools.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of teamwork.
