- Swim Duties
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging swimming lessons for students of varying ages and abilities.

- Volleyball Coaching Duties
- Design and lead volleyball training sessions for middle and high school students.

- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field.
- Minimum of experience in teaching PE and/or lifeguarding in a school setting for 2 years as a minimum
- Valid Lifeguard Certification (e.g., Red Cross, RLSS, or equivalent).
- CPR and First Aid Certification (required).
- Strong swimming and water safety skills.

The role involves maintaining vigilant supervision of the pool area, enforcing safety standards, providing immediate response in emergencies, and supporting the smooth daily operation of the swimming pool in line with the school’s safeguarding and health & safety policies.
- Supervision and Safety
- Maintain constant and vigilant supervision of all pool users.
- Prevent accidents and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
- Carry out rescues, first aid, and CPR as required.
- Enforce all pool rules and school safety regulations in a polite and professional manner.

- Operational Support

- Communication and Reporting
- Report any incidents, accidents, or near misses in accordance with school procedures.
- Maintain accurate records as required by the Swimming Pool Manager.
- Liaise professionally with staff, pupils, parents, and external users of the pool facility.
- Training and Compliance
- Participate in regular in-service training, safety drills, and staff briefings.
- Maintain up-to-date certifications in lifesaving, first aid, and safeguarding.
- Adhere to all relevant school and regulatory health & safety requirements.
