Patient Services & Medical Travel Coordinator

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Patient Support: Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and messaging; explain treatment options, process flow, timelines, and costs.
  • Hospital Coordination (India): Liaise with partner hospitals and doctors in India for appointment scheduling, medical opinions, cost estimates, and treatment calendars.
  • Medical Visa Assistance: Coordinate with the Embassy/High Commission for medical visa letters, documentation, and appointment facilitation.
  • Travel & Accommodation: Work with travel agencies to book flights and with hotels/guesthouses in India to secure patient accommodation at negotiated rates.
  • Local Outreach & Liaison: Meet local doctors, clinics, and hospitals in Cambodia to promote company services and establish referral relationships.
  • Case Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records (CRM/Excel), track case progress end-to-end, and prepare weekly activity and pipeline reports.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure confidentiality, proper documentation, and high service standards throughout the patient journey.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, hospitality, business, or related field is preferred
Work History:
  • Experience in customer service, healthcare coordination, travel/visa services, or hospital administration (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome) for 1 to 3 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Organized, proactive, and patient-centric; able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication in English; Khmer required; Hindi is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel domestically; valid passport for occasional travel to India (if required).
