Passenger Service Agent

Reporting to (position): Branch Manager, Sihanoukville
PURPOSES:
The Passenger Service Agent will be legally qualified and skilled staff who will work at Sihanoukville Airport to provide customer service to passengers including check-in service. The Passenger Service Agent will work closely with Sihanoukville Airport Management and Team to ensure satisfactory service to passengers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform passenger check-in manually or Departure Control System Greeting arriving passengers
- Handling of passengers requires special handling (disable, UM, wheelchair) Manage queuing, boarding, and guide passengers to the aircraft
- Providing special assistance as required
- Be responsible for reporting to the superior of the assigned flight, any irregularity or any suspected activity (taking tips from passengers is prohibited)
- Be responsible for strictly respecting and following safety and security rules/regulations and working procedures.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Possess of a high school certificate or equivalent, or any university diploma is an advantage.
- Capable of using computer skills
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of any other language(s), an advantage
Soft Skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work on a rotation shift
- Pleasant and friendly personality with good relationship skills. Reliable and honest.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
