Overseas Sales Representative

- Work 8 h/d: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
*You'll be required to cover all tasks related to agri-business, such as marketing & research, sales, production planning, etc.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research to identify and analyze new international markets, competitors, and customer needs.
- Client Relationships:
- Develop, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners.
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective export sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Negotiation:
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients, including terms on pricing, delivery, and payment.
- Compliance:
- Make sure that all international trade regulations, customs policies, and company guidelines are adhered to.
- Sales Support:
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Travel:
- Travel internationally to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and promote the company's products and services.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and other performance data to management.
- Find the issues to solve during operation and propose the solution with reasonable consideration
- Discuss with the director/manager about the strategy and operation for the new activity
- Develop essential business management skills, and thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.

- English - Good
- Korean - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in year 3, year 4, or a fresh graduate
- 1 to 5 years of Marketing and Sales experience
- English & Khmer communication skills, Korean is a plus
