As a social enterprise, HESED Agriculture Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “HESED”) is focused in doing business to solve Cambodia's social problems and inequalities so that people in Cambodia can live an abundant life. 

Since acquiring of SOVANNAK Palm Sugar in 2016, BORISOTH Natural & Organic was established in 2017 to start the agricultural product distribution business. In 2018, HESED established MOI Coffee to devote ourselves to establishing a sound coffee culture and distribution channel. HESED has expanded one new business area in every year and will continue to set up new business models in the future.

Overseas Sales Representative

Position Circumstances

  • Salary: $300 - $600
Position Summary
  • Work 5.5 d/w: Mon-Sat
  • Work 8 h/d: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

*You'll be required to cover all tasks related to agri-business, such as marketing & research, sales, production planning, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: 
  • Conduct research to identify and analyze new international markets, competitors, and customer needs. 
  • Client Relationships: 
  • Develop, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners. 
  • Sales Strategy: 
  • Develop and implement effective export sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. 
  • Negotiation: 
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients, including terms on pricing, delivery, and payment. 
  • Compliance: 
  • Make sure that all international trade regulations, customs policies, and company guidelines are adhered to. 
  • Sales Support: 
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. 
  • Travel: 
  • Travel internationally to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and promote the company's products and services. 
  • Reporting: 
  • Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and other performance data to management. 
  • Find the issues to solve during operation and propose the solution with reasonable consideration
  • Discuss with the director/manager about the strategy and operation for the new activity

Languages:
  • Khmer - Good
  • English - Good
  • Korean - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in year 3, year 4, or a fresh graduate
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • 1 to 5 years of Marketing and Sales experience
  • English & Khmer communication skills, Korean is a plus
  • Achieving the target by leading a team with more than a few members
Soft Skills
  • Be able to understand the market in concept and be flexible to the actual situations based on the purpose
  • Have a strong passion for trying many new challenges in the agri-business
  • Have the willingness to overcome difficulties you may face and develop a team from a small
  • Logical thinking, sense of ownership, and challenging spirits

Domestic Wholesales (Agribusiness)
