- Establish and manage an effective team of operations staff for the smooth running and performance of several key areas of the university, namely:
- Security and safety, Campus maintenance & upgrades, MIS and connectivity, Canteen and cafeteria operations, Cleanliness and hygiene, and Community relations.
- Coordinate with government agencies and ministries to obtain approvals, ensure accurate and timely submissions & compliance to requirements.
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders e.g. Head office, management, contractors, suppliers, land owners etc. for good conduct of the operations and administration of the university.
- Develop, implement and document operational services, processes and procedures to offer proactive, secure and high quality standard in operations.
- Implement actions plan to gather prompt feedback on performance of staff and take measures to identify effective operational and administrative staff.
- Periodically conduct reviews on operational resources and delivery of services
- Support quality learning, teaching environment and support student care, welfare and progress.
- Support with the other departments in delivering academic and professional courses, conduct of in-house events, promotions, and communication.
- At least 3 -5 years working with last 3 years managerial experience in similar position in the education sector handling Campus management.
- Strong work ethics, quick learner, responsible and a positive attitude in a people-oriented environment.
- Able to communicate in English and Khmer fluently.
- Strong network with the industries and real estate to source for cost effective and high value raw materials.

HR Development and Training Officer (1 Position)

- Developing and delivering interactive HR training sessions on important interpersonal and leadership abilities for both staff and students.

- Evaluating HR and soft skills training outcomes with HR metrics and psychometric assessments.
- Supporting the HR dept. in staff evaluations during probation period, and performance appraisals.

- A HR practitioner with extensive experience in training and developments with expertise in using HR metrics and other tools to assess performance.

- Assist your department manager in the smooth functioning of the departmental functions – Operations, Student affairs or Academic.
- Coordinate and conduct activities to attract student applications and enrolments, including walk-in enquiries, preview talks, entrance tests etc.
- Liaise with High schools to promote EAMU presence in their school premises, conduct school talks and coordinate on student activities with ESA
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders e.g. staff, contractors, suppliers, government depts. etc. for good administration of the university
- Coordinate and conduct campus activities for the delivery of courses, class room management and lecturer management
- Proper record keeping, document filing, organising of materials and control
- Prepare timely returns and reports to the management and overseas Head office
- Qualification: At least a degree in Education, Psychology, HR or related professional qualification
- At least 3 years people training experience, preferably in the education sector.
