Operations Manager
Location : Head office
Working days
- Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Saturday - 8:00am to 12:00pm (half day)
- Lunch time - 12:00pm to 1:00pm
- Build and manage the department to identify the growth areas for your direct reports and provide guidance for them to achieve the objectives
- Develops and implements best practice logistics principle, and efficient operation plans
- Plan, manage operations to deliver appropriate solutions
- Ensure to monitor quality, quantity, delivery time and transport costs
- Control expense reports for logistics activities, clarify kinds of expenses, and analyze for their accuracy and to have right decisions
- Select carriers/suppliers and monitor service against performance
- Reviews all error investigation reports for accuracy and completeness
- Physically check the warehouses, its facilities, methods in loading & unloading goods
- Analyze reports and check on stock problems and to verify goods lost in value and use value to give proper solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all connections (customs officer, customers … etc.) and handle problem calls
- Organize communication system and control the use of information system of subordinate in compliance with the confidentiality rules
- Education: Master or Bachelor degree in a business Administration, economic and other relevant field
- At least 5 years of experiences in freight forwarding operations or in a similar role
- Fluent in written and spoken English and other languages valued
- Excellent communication, presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS office, internet and email
- Able to work under pressure

Sales Manager
Location: Head Office
Working days
- Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Saturday - 8:00am to 12:00pm (half day)
- Lunch time - 12:00pm to 1:00pm
- Ensure to generate standard sales leads and provide functional direction on sales team
- Overlook the sales and marketing activities to create strong brand awareness in the market
- Deal with internal/external business group, relevant agents, airlines, sea liners, for latest update for coordinating the pricing, issuing quotations to customers
- Establish sales objectives, set sales team profit goals and hold team members accountable for goals and discipline as needed
- Responsible for building good business relationship with existing and new clients by conducting sales call, visits and meetings
- Responsible and follow up sales inquiries with internal/external customers to obtain the latest business information
- Contact customers when service issues may affect delivery commitments and understanding customers’ needs in order to recommend appropriate solutions
- Work closely with other departments to support smooth business operations
- Other tasks will be assigned by top management
- Education: Master or Bachelor degree in a business Administration, and other relevant field
- Extensive knowledge of freight forwarding business, supply chain management, logistics and markets/industries
- At least 3-5 years of sales experience in Sea freight/Air freight within logistics service providers
- Reliable working attitude with ability to work under pressure
- Reliable leadership skills and good team player
- English Proficiency: negotiation and presentation skills
- Computer literacy in MS. Office, Internet and Email

Clearance Officer
Location: Head Office
Working days
- Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Saturday - 8:00am to 12:00pm (half day)
- Lunch time - 12:00pm to 1:00pm
- Handle the day-to-day customs clearance operations
- Calculating and processing duties and taxes to be paid
- Control shipping and clearance documents and report to manager
- Build and maintain good communication with taxation department and custom office
- Contact and build good relation with officers
- Other tasks will be assigned by direct manager
- Education: Bachelor degree in business Administration, economic and other relevant field
- At least 1 or 2 years of experiences or in a similar role
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Honest, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- English Proficiency: Good, able to communicate in English
- Computer literacy in MS. Office, Internet and Email
